Adventist Health and UCSF Health Make Plans to Purchase Madera Community Hospital
“Adventist Health and UCSF Health have revealed a new plan that could help reopen Madera Community Hospital. Center for Adventist Research Establishes New Endowment to Support Black Adventist Studies
“The Rose James Endowment will promote special projects and research on black Adventist studies in the area of race, ethnicity, and racism globally. ADRA Austria Provides Solar PhotoVoltaic System to Hospital in Zambia
“In response to Yuka Adventist Hospital’s energy challenges in Zambia, ADRA Austria took a proactive step by supporting installing a solar photovoltaic system. This system was designed to provide a continuous energy supply to run critical equipment 24 hours a day, making Yuka Adventist Hospital less dependent on the unreliable power grid.” Full story at the ANN website.
Conflict Resolution Training Offered to Support Pastors in Ukraine
‘This training had commenced two months earlier with online modules and was facilitated by the Center for Conflict Resolution at La Sierra University in the United States and the Centre for Conflict Resolution Europe based at the Adventist Church’s British Union Conference.
