I am not afraid to be wrong so I will tell you what I see 8-).
I see the body of the lizard directly above the words “Can you” and the lizard’s head directly above the letters “fin”. But I may be seeing something that isn’t actually there. Photographs can be very deceptive.

Nice try, Jim. I can see how that part of the tree can look like a lizard, but the little guy I saw running around before I took his picture is further up the tree. He picked a good place to rest because he really is difficult to see.

As I said, not afraid to be wrong.
So I think that now I know where your “little guy” is posing.
Did you deliberately crop the photo this way? Because there is very little helpful context along the edges of the frame.
Anyway, I do like a nice puzzle. And this one qualifies.

Despite the Webeditor’s clue, I have difficulty seeing a lizard. However, I see heads of no fewer than 4 other animals: a mouse, an alligator, a serpent/snake, and a tortoise (latter including forelegs).

You must be really good at the pictures with hidden images in them. That tree definitely provides lots of scope for the imagination.

Oh…is he silhouetted on top of the knot??
He’s well hidden isn’t he?
Good job, Debbonnaire!
