Northeastern Conference President Tests Positive for COVID-19
2 April 2020 | Daniel Honoré, president of the Northeastern Conference of the Adventist denomination’s North American Division, confirmed on March 26 that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
In what he called a “deeply personal message,” the leader shared that not only had he tested positive for the virus but his son, a healthcare worker, was also showing symptoms.
Honoré encouraged members to intensify their efforts to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. He asked that Adventists refrain from stigmatizing members that contract the virus and asked for prayers for his recovery.
