Manhattan 5 + Take 6 = A One-Night Only Performance of Awesome A Cappella

By Debbonnaire Kovacs, Sept. 8, 2016     The title you see is the way it came into my email inbox. Manhattan 5 and Take 6 are coming to a venue in my neighborhood in central Kentucky! I thought, “Wait…Take 6? Isn’t that…?”

It is! Take 6 is the a cappella group formed at Oakwood in 1980, now “recognized as the pre-eminent a cappella group in the world.”And I get to go and hear them in person! With the Manhattan Transfer, no less! If you’re anywhere within driving distance, I highly recommend you come.
