AT1–June 4, 2021
We believe that God still speaks to humanity in our time. But often God’s voice is soft, not strong. Are we preparing ourselves to hear the whispers from Heaven? Are we talking with our children about listening for the voice of God? That’s what we’re going to hear about today.
We’re so delighted you’ve found AT1. From our inspirational message, to our thought-provoking AT Trending News, to our melodic moment of music, we trust this short program adds value to your week, and is becoming your first choice for a Friday night vespers. Here are our presenters this week:
Today’s Host – Stefani Leeper
Presenter – Pastor Andrea King
Trending News – Jammie Karlman
Musician – Ben & Christina George with Erin Will
For Reflection and Discussion:
1. Often when God speaks, we miss it and only realize later what we heard or sensed. Are you willing to stop what you’re doing when you recognize God spoke to you, reflect on what you heard, and then act on the message you received?
2. We can become frustrated when it seems progress isn’t being made fast enough, especially when bombarded by the steady stream of distressing news wherever we turn. What can we do to recognize and embrace the small, quiet steps being made in the right direction?
