26 June 2019 | Kimura L. Fields is suing the Allegheny East Conference of the Adventist Church and the denomination’s Pine Forge Academy after she stepped into a hole on church property.
According to the PennRecord, she claims that she sprained her ankle and wrist as a result of the fall on June 27, 2017. She is suing for negligence.
