Pastor Linda Biswas Ordained at Azure Hills Church in California

Pastor Linda Biswas, who had previously been commissioned by a vote from the 1990 General Conference, was ordained on Sabbath, May 6, 2023, at Azure Hills Adventist Church in California. Present at the ordination ceremony were Pastor Jonathan Park, Southeastern California Conference (SECC) President, and Pastor Patty Marruffo, Executive Secretary (SECC), along with mentors, pastors, local leaders, and Pastor Biswas’ parents and family, originally from India.
Biswas has most recently been working as an Associate Pastor for Children and Family ministries at Azure Hills, and has an extraordinary track record of ministerial work as Former Associate Pastor for Outreach and Community at Vallejo Drive Church of Seventh-day Adventists, Former Director of Evangelism at Quiet Hour Ministries, Former Assistant Chaplain: COMS Center for Outreach & Mission Service at La Sierra University, as well as extensive experience with missions and student ministries.
Biswas has a strong professional emphasis in community service, with a Master of Business Administration – MBA focused on Human Resource Management, Master of Education and Master of Theological Studies (June 2020) from La Sierra University.
