Should Adventists Remain Neutral When Politicians Have a Religious Agenda?

“The rise of Christian nationalism in the US and around the world frankly scares me half to death. The irony is if you went to some sites where many of our more conservative brethren hang out, they would all but embrace or excuse the rise of such Dominion Theology.

On the other hand, I totally agree we can’t just sit back and be silent on issues of injustice. And I agree the whole attitude of “well, the world is going to burn anyway” is hardly helpful.
Between these two extremes of some Adventists content on having Christianity try to take over Government, and others retreating into secluded bubbles, I fear there are fewer commonsense and sensible voices left. Thank you so much for being one. And thanks to AT for such a great article.”
