Affiliation Agreement Establishes Relationship Between Adventist and Rideout Health
October 8, 2017: According to Becker’s Hospital Review, Adventist Health has reached an affiliation agreement with another healthcare system, Rideout Health.
Roseville, California-based Adventist Health has facilities in California, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. Rideout Health has hospitals and clinics in California’s Yuba and Sutter counties.
“We are excited to welcome Rideout Health to the extended Adventist Health family,” said Adventist Health CEO Scott Reiner about the deal which is expected to receive final regulatory approval in early 2018.
“We are confident that this affiliation will have a positive impact on patients and the broader Yuba City and Marysville community; we intend to grow the market with a focus on whole-person care and access to expanded healthcare.”
Adventist Health has 19 hospitals and more than 280 clinics spread over the West Coast and Hawaii. It is affiliated with the Adventist Church.
