Adventist Health Builds New $100M Headquarters
January 30, 2017: Adventist Health will consolidate its corporate headquarters under one roof in a brand new $100 million building based in Roseville, California.
The headquarters for the hospital system and its 1000 corporate employees was previously dispersed across several locations in the Roseville area.
The five-story, 275,000-square-foot project features a transparent glass aesthetic. The Sacramento Business Journal reports that the building plans were cleared for construction by the Roseville Planning Commission on Thursday, January 26.
The new building sits on 26.7 acres of land and will feature a nature trail around its perimeter, as well as potentially a place to grow produce on the premises.
In addition, for the first time in its two decades in Roseville, the corporate headquarters will include a 5,000-square-foot clinic offering health care services to the public.
Adventist Health is a non-profit health care system which operates its 20 hospitals and 260 clinics across California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington. The system has a combined workforce of 32,900.
