Kendu Adventist Hospital (KAH) celebrated 100 years of providing mission-driven healthcare to western Kenya. Church leaders, government officials, international medical teams, and local community members gathered on June 22 for the centennial milestone. A free medical camp was held June 23-27 in collaboration with Loma Linda University Health, offering critical care to more than 3,000 patients. Read the full article here.

“SouthEast Bank, a locally headquartered community bank, has donated $365,000 in 2025 to 11 colleges and universities across Middle and East Tennessee through its SEB Scholars program, which provides direct financial aid to students from low-income families.” Southern Adventist University was a recipient of this donation. During the fourth World Chaplaincy Congress, held in St. Louis, Missouri, United States June 29 to July, 2, 50 chaplain spouses and their children gathered to offer local aid. Hosted at the Agape Seventh-day Adventist Church, they organized and distributed care packages filled with toiletries, canned and frozen meals, $15 gift certificates, and the book “Steps to Christ.“ Read the full article here.

Over 12 days, a group of Australian retirees partnered with locals from Kahubu village in Sarawak, Malaysia, for a fly’n’build mission trip to construct a new church building for the congregation.
