Boyeros Seventh-day Adventist Church elder Jose Luis Leon Torres found a way to minister during the pandemic. Today, “Llevando Esperanza” (Carrying Hope), is an expanding lay-led ministry that provides dozens of weekly meals to the homeless and other people in need in the community around the local congregation.
