Adventist Grandmother Saves 17 Lives During Papua New Guinea Landslides
“A 70-year-old church member who was caught in the landslide was rescued after saving 17 lives—seven adults and 10 children, according to the Papua New Guinea Post-Courier. Kion Kopal Diai, who was asleep at a lodge owned by her son, woke up to a rumbling sound. NAD Vice-President for Education, Arne P. Nielsen, Died on June 3
“We are deeply saddened to share that Arne P. Nielsen, North American Division (NAD) vice president for education, passed to his rest this morning, June 3, 2024, after several days in the intensive care unit dealing with complications from an acute illness. Central California’s Camp Wawona Cancels Summer Camp Due to Low Enrollment
“We regret to inform you that despite our best efforts and enthusiasm, we have not received sufficient enrollment. ADRA to Build Earthquake-Resistant Homes in Afghanistan
“ADRA’s offices in Afghanistan and Japan are working together to build the new seven-person homes in the Zindajan and Injil Districts of the Herat Province, which were the hardest hit by the earthquake.
