In January 2019, the Adventist Today community was graced with the spirited presence of Aunt Sevvy, a no-nonsense voice ready to tackle the questions many were itching to ask. Right from the onset, Aunt Sevvy’s candid approach resonated with many, sparking conversations, debates, and even some lighthearted disagreements. Her straight-from-the-hip style seemed to always find its mark, engaging a vast audience—some nodding in agreement, with others challenging her viewpoints. It’s undeniable, though; Aunty has made a lasting impression, and her inbox at dearauntsevvy@gmail.com remains ever-active with inquisitive minds from both ardent fans and her “tomato-throwing” public.
